24/7 medical oversight

Our dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) provide continuous medical oversight, medication management, and support.

Trauma-informed support

Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (LCMHC) address behavioral health needs with compassion, ensuring emotional well-being alongside physical recovery.

Comprehensive case management

Case managers facilitate Medicaid navigation, housing linkage, follow-up appointments, and crucial community connections, paving the way for sustained health and stability.

Etan's Journey is designed to support individuals aged 18 or older who are medically stable, meaning they do not require inpatient or skilled nursing care. Our services are perfect for those experiencing homelessness or housing instability who are able to participate in basic self-care with support and have a pre-existing medical care plan. We empower vulnerable adults in Mecklenburg, Charlotte, North Carolina, towards better health outcomes.
